 :1074/ I hope you are not correct in that prediction although I wouldn't be surprised! Think this could be SFTROU all over again to be honest. The original release date for that was Autumn 09 which became Feb 10 which became July 10 which became August 10!

In late 2011 and early 2012 I think both John and Robby said on a few occasions they were hoping to have the album out Summer 2012. It is coming to the end of Summer 2012 and they have only just started recording. Hopefully as the songs are all written they can go into the studio and finish the record in a couple of months. If that did happen then I guess an early Spring release date could be possible. However based on how long it has taken them in the past I don't think we will see the new album until mid-Summer 2013 unfortunately.

On the flipside despite all the above pessimism haha I like the way John is talking about the songs being upbeat and just how excited he is about them. We need an upbeat album after the fairly dark last couple. Here's hoping the guys get their skates on with recording and I can't wait to hear what they have come up with :)
