Goo Goo Dolls will release a five vinyl disc box set for Record Store Day, April 22nd, featuring the first five studio albums, including their first album, ‘Goo Goo Dolls’, on vinyl for the first time since 1987. ‘Jed’ the first time ever on vinyl, ‘Hold Me Up’ first time on vinyl domestically, ‘Superstar Car Wash’ first time ever on vinyl, and ‘A Boy Named Goo.’ Limited Box Set of 1,000.

John Rzeznik will perform a special acoustic set for Record Store Day at Fingerprints Music in Long Beach, CA.

  1. Wish they’d release the batch of albums right after that period. I’d snap that up. I have the last 2, plus A Boy Named Goo. But want the ones in between.

  2. Trying to figure out the title and why they are doing a vinyl boxset of “first time” vinyls.Why not a New York record shop?
