For the past 25 years, the Absolute Goo site has provided an avenue for Goo fans to donate to Compass House of Buffalo – in the beginning, it was donations for swag packs (remember the Saturn ION poster?), and we’ve hosted many auctions for fans to bid on cool Goo Goo Dolls autographed items, t-shirts, posters, CDs, etc. We’ve raised more than $170K over the years thanks to Goo Goo Dolls fans all over the world. While we’re not hosting an auction this year – seriously, 2023, could you tap the breaks just a bit? – we are providing a donation drive where you can win some awesome Goo Goo Dolls swag. For every $10 you donate to Compass House between October 30th and November 12th, you'll be entered into a raffle drawing to win one of 3 prize packs. Here’s the scoop!

1. Every donation of $10 or more will be counted as ONE entry to win one of 3 prize packs from Absolute Goo.  If you donate $20, you’ll get 2 entries.  If you donate $100, you’ll get 10 entries, and so on. 
2. NOT ONE PENNY goes to Absolute Goo – all donations can be made directly to Compass House with the link provided or via the QR code.  The “Apply my donation to” dropdown has an Absolute Goo option – this means you donated as part of our donation drive.
3. Send us your receipt at ag25@absolutegoo.com with your donation amount and we’ll add your name and your # of entries for the raffle.

Compass House was founded in 1972 as a homeless shelter. Today along with the Emergency Shelter, Compass House operates a Resource Center and a Rapid Re-Housing Program. Their mission is to provide runaway, homeless and street youth with safe shelter and services, through a voluntary and mutually agreed-upon process, in an environment that supports dignity, respect and self-reliance. Compass House serves approximately 300 youth at their shelter annually and an additional 300 youth at their Resource Center.
